1. Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
